音が鳴らないNo sound

• どこから音を出すか確認：通常は midiom の MIDI 出力をDAW の音源トラックや外部音源へルーティングして鳴らします。ルーティングが未設定だと鳴りません。Decide where the sound comes from: normally you route midiom's MIDI output to a DAW instrument track or external gear. With no routing, nothing sounds.
• または内蔵シンセで鳴らす：内蔵シンセは Standalone でも DAW でも使えます。ミュート／音量 0 になっていないか確認してください（DAW では基本オフで使う想定なので、内蔵シンセで確認したいときは ON にします）。Standalone ではオーディオデバイスが選ばれているかも確認。Or hear it through the built-in synth: it works in both standalone and a DAW. Check it isn't muted / at zero volume (it's normally left off in a DAW, so switch it on when you want to monitor through it); in standalone also confirm an audio device is selected.
• トラックの出力チャンネルと音源側の受信チャンネルが一致しているか。Mute/Solo の状態も確認。Make the track's output channel match the instrument's receive channel; check Mute/Solo.

テンポ変化が効かないTempo changes have no effect

DAW 使用時はホストがテンポを持つため、midiom の Tempo イベントは無視されます（Standalone では有効）。テンポと拍子参照。 Under a DAW the host owns tempo, so midiom's Tempo events are ignored (they work standalone). See Tempo & Time Signature.

DAW にプラグインが出ないThe plug-in doesn't appear in my DAW

VST3 のスキャン先に …/VST3/Mewlist/ を含めて再スキャンしてください（インストール）。 Include …/VST3/Mewlist/ in your VST3 scan paths and rescan (see Installation).

音が鳴りっぱなしになるA note hangs

トラック切替やミュートでは該当トラックの発音中ノートのみ解放されますが、外部音源側で残った場合は音源の All Notes Off／パニックを使ってください。 Track switches and mutes release only that track's sounding notes; if your external instrument still holds one, use its All Notes Off / panic.

SMF を読み込んだらトラックが減った／チャンネルが混ざったAfter SMF import, tracks merged / channels mixed

midiom は 1 トラック＝1 チャンネル。SMF-0 やトラック数超過時はチャンネル毎に再構成されます（仕様）。ファイル操作参照。 midiom is one track per channel. SMF-0 or over-count imports are re-keyed by channel (by design). See Files.

隠したデータが消えた／動いた気がするDid filtered-out data move?

フィルタで非表示のデータは編集で動きません（安全境界）。表示行の Step を変えても、隠れた CC/PB は絶対位置に固定されます。数値エディタ参照。 Filtered-out data never moves during edits (a safety boundary). Changing a visible row's Step keeps hidden CC/PB frozen. See Numerical Editor.

設定や音色バンクはどこ？Where are settings / sound banks?

アプリ設定は OS のユーザー設定フォルダ、音色バンク／ドラムマップは Documents/midiom/ 配下です（インストール / 音色・ドラムマップ）。 App settings live in your OS user-settings folder; sound banks / drum maps under Documents/midiom/ (see Installation / Sound & Drum Maps).
